MEXA NEGRONI

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth.
  • 1 oz bitter aperitif.
  • 1 oz Tequila Solarum Añejo

Method:

  1. Add all three spirits into a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir for about 45 seconds.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Express an orange peel over the drink and use it as garnish.

BLOOD SOLARUM

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz hibiscus & chamomile infusion
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1.5 oz Tequila Solarum Reposado

Method:

  1. In a shaker, muddle mint with lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Add hibiscus–chamomile infusion, tequila, and ice.
  3. Shake until well-chilled.
  4. Rim a rocks glass with tortilla salt and add a large ice cube.
  5. Strain into the glass and garnish with an edible flower.

SWEET MARGARITA FIZZ

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz lemon cordial
  • 0.5 oz blackberry liqueur
  • 2 oz tonic water
  • 1.5 oz Tequila Solarum Blanco

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients (except tonic water) into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with approximately 2 oz tonic water.
  5. Garnish with a margarita flower.
